Antique French Gilt Silver Writing Accessary Set
in original wooden presentation case.
THIS VERY HANDSOME EARLY 19th CENTURY
6pc Antique French Gilt Silver Writing Accessary Set
is presented here for your consideration. The Set includes a Letter Opener, Wax Seal Stamp (with monogram), Wax Scraper, Sharpener, Ink Dip Pen, and Hole Punch Needle. All the pieces are nicely housing in its original wooden marquetry presentation case, decorated with matching monogram to the Wax Seal Stamp, AB, AC or AG.
The handles are made of solid silver, having gorgeous gold gilt finish on the surface. The design is sumptuous Neo Classical style, embellished with acanthus, palmetto, and gadroon patterns. On the blade of Letter Opener has beautiful hand-engraving and acid-engraving decoration depicts a bird with nest on a tree branch. It's a unique design and shows a great artistry and craftsmanship.

Excellent Estate Condition
. Trace of minor use, some age-related black stains on the upper metal parts, light scratch marks on the handles to note. Otherwise in quite excellent shape and gold is still vivid and richly presented. Please refer the detail photos I added.
