    Description

    Set of 6 Rococo 950 silver open salts. Made by Boin-Taburet in Paris, ca 1890. Each: Oval gilt-washed bowl on 4 splayed volute-scroll supports. Ends also volute-scrolled with scallop shell mounts. Sides have foliate aprons. Sumptuous and sculptural with great heft. Fully marked including maker's stamp and Minerva head.
