These belonged to my great grandparents and I loved looking through them as a child and young adult. I still find them captivating and an amazing glimpse into both the war and domestic life during the second decade of the 20thc. It pains me to sell them but my house is small and I need the space for other things.
An invaluable resource for the professional and amateur historian alike. Endless articles on lesser covered facets of the war effort and life in general. Fabulous advertising giving insight into how folks lived in the era. Packed with black and white illustrator art and photographs - and some color illustrations in at least the volume I photographed
18 bound volumes covering three months each except the last which contains only two. Collection measures about 21 inches long by 15 3/4 inches high by 11 3/4 inches deep.
CONDITION - Far to many pages for me to examine each in detail. Good overall condition with no major staining or other major issues. One can probably expect small tears in the occasional page and other normal wear and tear but no surprises which will be disappointing. The volume I photographed individually is the only one to have had issues of note. My father paid 5 to have the binding repaired. Despite this work there are several loose pages with about a 3" x  3" loss in the corner but the rest is fine.
A great resource for an institution or serious history buff.
