EXTRAORDINARY 1928 Maxfield Parrish SIGNED / AUTOGRAPHED letter

Hand written letter on Windsor, Vermont stationary dated November 2nd, '28.
Letter reads as follows:
Dear Miss DuBois: Many thanks for your letter, but how on earth is a body going to answer it: I'd like to see you do it.
No indeed, I know of no other such club, + doubt if there is any. As to suggestions, the first thing I would do would be to change the name of it. As it is you starting out with an awful handicap. Here is the picture, and I think you will agree with me, I may look like it but I dont feel like it at all.
Did you know that you and I are distantly related by marriage? You didn't? Well, we must be, for Mrs. Parrish is related to the DuBois' in your part of the world, so it could not be otherwise.
