IRIS Floral French Belle EPOQUE Stamp Wax Seal Tamper 3D Art Nouveau Gold Silver

ABOUT:
Beautiful Art Nouveau design on this three dimensional stationary tool, stamp / wax seal or tamper.  I am not sure on the metal fabrication, it may be gold plated solid silver or gold and silver plate.  No hallmarks. Beautiful quality and shine where the gold wash has worn organically revealing a shiny silver underneath on the raised areas. Under magnification - I did not see any underlying brass or warmer metal on the raised areas of the flower where organic wear would take place, which is why I am not certain about the fabrication.
This is an antique Belle Epoque era piece that I acquired in France with just beautiful floral details and nice patina.
No engraving on the bottom of it.
MEASUREMENTS:
The piece measures 2 3/8 inches in height.  The top is a little over an inch 1/4 wide at the widest.
IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:
Please note that all my pieces are pre-owned with some age to them so they are in estate condition considering the piece is over 100 years old.    Some spotting on the smooth underside. Some stubborn tarnish in the background but Beautiful age appropriate patina.  A bit of surface wear and scratches but still such a beautiful piece.
