This is an OEM Truck Box Mounting Rail
.  The mounting rail is in very solid condition, but it is covered with surface rust.  There are no issues with it being bent or warped.  I do not know what make or model of truck this was originally installed on.  It measures 72" in overall length and is 2 1/4" tall.
